Implementation

We make getting up and running with your shiny new HR system an easy process. Our consultants ensure that your system is configured to meet the needs of your organisation, covering key issues like data migration and security, implementation strategy and management reporting.

Customisation

A suite of add-ons provide additional functionality for Employee Self Service users. Datasheets are available that provide a more detailed description of the functionality provided by each add-on.

Training

As part of an implementation we can help you with Training to get you started using your new system. Introductory courses are designed for new users to be able to use the system on a daily basis, entering data, generating letters and running reports. An advanced course shows you how to customise the system adding reports, screen design & user security profiles.

Help Desk Support

Help when you need it most - telephone & on screen support to assist with any questions you have. Stuck on a screen - our Help Desk is just a phone call away.
